This policy explains how SkyVault by GDWizard00 handles information related to the SkyVault website, product access, support, diagnostics, and payments.

Information we may collect

We may collect contact details, business details, product access information, payment records, support messages, and technical diagnostics that a customer chooses to provide or that are needed to operate SkyVault.

Customer media

SkyVault is designed as a local workflow tool. Customer video/photo media should remain under the owner's control unless the owner explicitly uses delivery tools such as YouTube, Google Drive, Gmail, or another configured service.

Connected services

Owners may connect third-party services for delivery or support workflows. Those services may have their own privacy terms, account permissions, upload records, and retention behavior.

Diagnostics and support

Diagnostics may include software version, configuration details, project paths, error logs, render status, delivery queue status, and similar technical information needed to troubleshoot SkyVault. Diagnostics should not be treated as a place to intentionally store sensitive customer information.

Payments

When payments are enabled, card or bank payment details should be processed by a payment provider. SkyVault should not store full card numbers or bank account credentials.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide product access, token accounting, support, diagnostics, billing, fraud prevention, and customer communication.
