Refund Policy

This policy describes how SkyVault by GDWizard00 handles output token purchases, failed outputs, token corrections, duplicate payments, and manual billing review.

Token purchases

Output tokens are used for successful SkyVault output and delivery actions. Unused token purchase refund handling may depend on purchase status, account status, and manual review.

Failed outputs

SkyVault is designed to charge tokens only after successful output or delivery actions. Failed renders or failed delivery attempts should not consume output tokens.

Token corrections

If a token charge is later found to be wrong, the intended support path is a token balance correction or manual review rather than asking the owner to absorb a software accounting error.

Manual review

Refunds, billing corrections, duplicate payments, and direct deposit issues may be reviewed manually.
