These terms cover the SkyVault website, product access, output tokens, owner responsibilities and connected services.

Product

SkyVault includes two products. SkyVault Ops covers bookings, check-in, assignments, loads, payment records and media orders. SkyVault Editor creates videos, photos, Social Clips and CDNB teasers, supports delivery and records token use.

Access and tokens

SkyVault uses output tokens for successful output and delivery actions. Pricing is $1 per token with a 50-token minimum purchase.

Local projects and delivery accounts

SkyVault works with owner-controlled project folders, media storage, branding assets, and delivery accounts. Owners are responsible for securing their local machines, connected accounts, and customer delivery process.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for lawful use of media, music, branding assets, delivery accounts, customer permissions, and any third-party services connected to SkyVault.

Output and delivery results

SkyVault checks the required inputs before rendering. Failed renders and delivery attempts do not use output tokens. Owners remain responsible for reviewing final media and confirming customer delivery where needed.

Availability

SkyVault access may include onboarding steps, support processes, and account review before purchase or activation.
